We do not store any of your credit card information or such other financial information restricted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for processing payment and has partnered with payment gateways for the payment towards the services. Facebook Permissions

The Site and our mobile application may by default access your Facebook basic account information, including your name, email, gender, birthday, current city, and profile picture URL, as well as other information that you choose to make public. Data From Social Networks

User information from social networking sites, such as Apple’s Game Center, Facebook, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, including your name, your social network username, location, gender, birth date, email address, profile picture, and public data for contacts, if you connect your account to such social networks. If you are using our mobile application, this information may also include the contact information of anyone you invite to use and/or join our mobile application.

 

Mobile Device Data

Device information, such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer, and information about the location of your device, if you access the Site from a mobile device.

PAYMENT TERMS AND REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by us, full payment for participation in a course is required at the time of registration. The study material shall be released/despatched and access to our site shall be provided only after receiving complete payment for the opted courses. The payment for courses once subscribed by you, is not refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated.

It is the sole responsibility of the user enrolling into a particular course to check the accuracy of, and evaluate the suitability and relevance of, the course elected. The enrolment into a course is non-transferable.

Failure to pay the applicable course fee may result in withdrawal of your access to a course. Depending on where you transact with us, the type of payment method used and where your payment was issued, your transaction with us may be subject to foreign exchange fees or exchange rates. We do not support all payment methods, currencies or locations for payment. All applicable taxes are calculated based on the billing information you provide to us at the time of enrolment/purchase.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
