Mobile Application Information

- Geo-Location Information - We may request access to or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application, to provide location-based services. If you are using our mobile application, this information may also include the contact information of anyone you invite to use and/or join our mobile application.
Mobile Device Data
Device information, such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer, and information about the location of your device, if you access the Site from a mobile device.

PAYMENT TERMS AND REFUND POLICY
It is the sole responsibility of the user enrolling into a particular course to check the accuracy of, and evaluate the suitability and relevance of, the course elected. The enrollment into a course is non-transferable.
Failure to pay the applicable course fee may result in withdrawal of your access to a course. Depending on where you transact with us, the type of payment method used and where your payment was issued, your transaction with us may be subject to foreign exchange fees or exchange rates. We do not support all payment methods, currencies or locations for payment. All applicable taxes are calculated based on the billing information you provide to us at the time of enrollment/purchase.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
